In his role as Academic Director for the University of Massachusetts, Arbab oversaw entrepreneurship and economic development programs funded by the U.S. Department of State. He has a proven track record in program design, learning needs analysis, and strategic management. His 20 years of experience include work as a Lecturer and Program Coordinator at Balochistan University of Information Technology Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS), where he specialized in leadership development, program management, and entrepreneurship. Arbab holds an M.S. and an M.B.A. in entrepreneurship and strategic management from BUITEMS. He has also consulted for multinational corporations and NGOs, providing innovative organizational models and maximizing program impacts for communities. Babatunde has extensive experience as Program Lead at the University of Massachusetts Civic Initiative, where he coordinates U.S. Department of State-sponsored international exchange programs. His role involves mentoring future diplomats and facilitating cross-cultural exchanges, aligning these efforts with U.S. foreign policy goals to build long-term alliances and promote mutual understanding. In addition to his role at Feel Worldwide Foundation, Babatunde is the founder of SISA Detroit, where he leads community revitalization projects focused on transforming distressed properties into affordable housing and community spaces. His work in Detroit exemplifies his commitment to sustainable economic growth and community empowerment. Babatunde holds an MA in Sustainable Development from SIT Graduate Institute and a BS in Mathematics and Statistics from Randolph College.

Dr. Hannahan's research focuses on the effects of political campaign activities, particularly direct mail and phone bank strategies. His practical experience includes working directly with political parties, managing campaigns, and advising prominent figures such as former Massachusetts Governor Jane Swift. This blend of research and hands-on political experience provides him with a unique perspective on political science and governance. In addition to his professional work, Dr. Hannahan is a committed educator, teaching courses on American Political Thought, Campaign Finance, and Modern Political Campaigns. She has previously contributed her time teaching children at a mosque, organizing community events, and driving impactful initiatives with SUSI.     Alaa Mohamed is a passionate advocate for youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and sustainable development, currently serving as the MENA Reverse Logistics Manager at Amazon. With a strong academic background in Mechanical Design and Production Engineering, Alaa has led innovative projects across multiple industries, blending technical expertise with leadership to drive continuous improvement. His experience spans roles at Henkel, Lipton Teas & Infusions, and Froneri Egypt, where he specialized in data-driven process optimization. As the Project Director of Mashro3ak, a U.S. Department of State-supported entrepreneurship program, Alaa empowered vocational youth by providing them with the skills needed to launch their own businesses, earning recognition from the U.S. Embassy in Egypt. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Alaa led Cairo University’s Eco-Racing Team, managing over 120 students in the creation of eco-friendly vehicles that contributed to global sustainability goals.
